Kingfisher Financial Planning offer completely Independent advice. We are a directly authorised practice with no sponsoring middle man ‘network’ organisation getting in the way or influencing our advice in any way. UK regulation allows ‘tied’ advisers to practice as well as independent advisers. If you go to your high street bank or Building Society you may be greeted by a financial adviser who appears similar to Kingfishers advisers, but they could well be ‘tied’ to recommending and promoting the products only of their employer, or a single or limited ‘selection’ of insurance/investment companies to which the employer has an allegiance. The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), who are the government body that are responsible for regulating the Financial Services Industry, encourage all consumers seeking financial advice to always consult an independent financial adviser for an unbiased financial opinion.
